We’re starting the book of Deuteronomy! Chapters 1 to 4. Moses recounts Israel’s journey from Mount Sinai through the wilderness, highlighting their failures and God’s guidance. He recalls their peaceful passage through certain lands and their victories over kings Sihon and Og, emphasizing God's provision and justice. In chapter 4, Moses urges the Israelites to obey God’s laws, avoid idolatry, and remember their unique covenant with the one true God.
