A calm reading of chapters 28 to 32 of the book of Numbers. God gives Moses the rules to follow for what to give as sacrifices during different festivals all through the year. The clans of Gad and Reuben want some land that was good for their flocks, but that was not the land the people of Israel are supposed to conquer and go to, but they promise to fight for Israel and they will come back to the land after they have won for the Lord.
