A smoothing reading of chapters 16 to 19 of the book of Numbers. The Lord has to demonstrate to the people of Israel repeatedly that He has chosen Moses to guide them. Those who rebel against the Lord get swallowed up by the earth or die in some other way. God continues to give instruction for how the Levites are to run things and give offerings and take their share of the offerings in the Tabernacle.
